DESCRIPTION:Infectious diseases remain a dynamic and fascinating field repl
 ete with new challenges facing outpatient primary care providers\, hospita
 l medicine practitioners\, and ID specialists alike. This activity is desi
 gned to explore major infectious diseases topics of particular relevance t
 o our target audience\, which includes includes infectious diseases specia
 lists\, hospitalists\, primary care physicians and midlevel providers.\n\n

 e\, and discontinue TB isolation restrictions safely and efficiently.\nSel
 ect empiric and directed regimens for priority AMR pathogens consistent wi
 th 2024 IDSA guidance\, including appropriate oral stepdown and avoidance 
 of suboptimal agents.\nImplement updated HIV care practices\, improve rete
 ntion\, viral suppression\, and offer PrEP and doxyPEP where indicated.\nR
 ecognize and manage Candida auris and other fungal pathogens in varied car
