(NYSE:EBS) (the “Company”) announced today that it intends to offer $400 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes with an expected maturity date of August 2028 (the “Notes”). The Notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by all of the Company’s direct and indirect subsidiaries that guarantee debt under its credit facilities.
