("Alexandria" or the "Company") (NYSE: ARE) today announced the pricing of its upsized public offering of 6,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock at a price of $160.50 per share in connection with the forward sale agreements escribed below. The Company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 900,000 additional shares. The offering is expected to close on or about July 9, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
